"I usually don’t leave reviews, but Mike at Autobella deserves more than just a Google review, he has a customer for life! A close friend of mine recommend speaking with Mike to have some paint correction and ceramic coating done on my 2020 Ford Raptor. I was hesitant to get ceramic coating done at first since I have had horrible experiences at three other shops with past vehicles over the years. I knew the truck was going to be parked outside all the time and anything to make it easier to clean would be beneficial. I stopped by one day just to check out the shop and speak with Mike. I was impressed right from the start. Autobella was meticulously clean and organized. The place was spotless and all the tools had their proper place. Mike couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable. He wasn’t a “sales guy” trying to push his product or service. He was genuinely a automotive enthusiast who decided to make it a living. After speaking with Mike and narrowing down what I would want completed on the truck, we scheduled time for him to work on it. Mike was constantly in touch with me both before, during and after via phone calls and texts providing updates and just checking in. This was extremely impressive as I didn’t feel like just any other customer. Once the truck was completed, I was in awe. It was immaculate. The shine was truly remarkable and the black paint was deep and rich. The entire truck looked like a mirror. As mentioned before, I had other vehicles with ceramic coating (all black as well) and hands down, none of them turned out this perfect. Fast forward a few days after picking up the truck from Autobella and I went out to the truck to go to work. It rained the night before and there was rain/dew all over the truck but in perfect little beads. I smiled seeing the little beads and didn’t think anymore of it. After starting the truck and driving it down the street, I watched as thousands of beads flew off the hood, up the windshield and across the side windows. By the time I got to work (15 mins), the entire truck was spotless. It looked as if I just washed and dried it. Simply amazing. I apologize for the novel of a review, but Mike at Autobella is the real deal. He has a customer for life! I highly recommend you checking him out and see for yourself.
