"waste of time. called and asked if they could tighten up a turbo line oil leak for me. was told they weren’t busy and to bring it on in. when came time to pull it in, i asked the front desk receptionist if i could go and help the guy with starting it up and pulling it in, because it’s stick. she was insistent that he knew what he was doing. 2 minutes later, he comes inside lying and saying that he “started it up and then it shut right off, and now it won’t turn over”. whole time my genny coupe is a push to start WITHOUT pressing on the clutch. i KNOW he was pressing on the clutch and turned the cars battery on, and then came in and lied about it. when i told him i’d start it up for him, he turned me away, claiming to be “busy”. waste of my time because of their incompetence."
