"I am very saddened by the way I have been treated. I used to attend this church before my life turned upside down with having 2 kids and a very hectic life as a single mom that has no time to attend a mass and I was also a parishioner. I have called them last week because I am in a very bad financial situation and needed help with rent payment. I left voicemails while sobbing to please call me back and I have heard nothing. I came there today in person to ask since I had a notice taped to my door today and the receptionist first asked through the door bell what I was there for I explained. She asked if I had an appointment. I said I didn’t know I needed one. Then she asked me for my name and if I was a parishioner I gave her my name and said yes I am. She proceeded to call someone gave them my name and immediately said that someone had already contacted me saying they wouldn’t help me but that’s untrue and when I asked if I could speak with someone she wouldn’t allow me to as well as not allow me to step into the inside and treated me like I was some dirty piece of trash. I as gods daughter would never be able to treat and lie to a human being like that let alone a single mother with two kids that is crying for help. I’m extremely saddened to see Catholics to be acting this way. The religion already has a bad wrap but by Catholics treating human beings like that it’s just ugly and ungodly. I’m not sure what it is that they don’t like about me maybe it’s because I’m from a foreign country but remember that the devil is always testing you how much you will do for him, but god is the ultimate judge. God bless"
"This is a beautiful, generous and welcoming church. Well run and has many ministries to join and participate in parish life. It is a big parish so it can be overwhelming at first. Feel blessed to be here."
"Beautiful building inside and out with outstanding Leadership team. Mass was nicely paced and didn't feel rushed. Fellow churchgoers were very warm and friendly as well, an excellent sense of friendship. Also they have tons of events and activities throughout the year."
"St. Andrew's is a wonderful catholic parish to be a part of. Even though it is quite large it doesn't feel that way. Even after I moved out of my parents house and technically don't live in St. Andrew's, I still meet them for church early Sunday mornings. I love the community feel it has and we all know each other so it doesn't feel like a big parish, it feels cozy. Plus they always have it looking so wonderful with their decorations especially at Christmas."
"Despite its size, St Andrew is the most welcoming and inclusive community with joyous celebration of mass and spectacular music. Priests are all excellent orators and very actively involved in getting to know the parishioners and attending school, CYO sports and scouts activities. We love how family oriented St Andrew is—Monsignor actively encourages children in the church despite the cry room availability. There is also a weekly children’s liturgy. It is a very active church with a great variety of volunteer opportunities to be involved in lay ministry. The church is always beautifully decorated and clean. St Andrew is a prayerful, generous and supportive community."
