I’m experiencing the nightmare experience of identify / card theft, and she was kind and lovely enough to check my unit’s online payment history + card on file, assuring me that all was well. When you’re going through such an awful experience, it’s nice to have an understanding person on the other end of the line. It’s so rare these days and am so happy to have been helped by Andree.
