"This place survives by ridiculously over-charging local residents. Walked in to ship a tiny 10oz package to Canada and received quotes ranging from $140-$190 with delivery times ranging 3-5 business days!!! After scratching my head and leaving, I drove a couple blocks to USPS post office in Newtown and shipped it for $23. Arrived in Canada a week later. Highly recommend you deal with USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx directly and save yourself some serious money!"

"I will admit, I never really knew all of the services that the parcel place offers, and I stumbled upon it by dropping off an Amazon return. You can drop off Amazon returns when you select UPS drop off (free)! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful that after returning a few things there, and learning more about their services, this is now my one stop shop for so many things. Shredding, packing, shipping, purchasing boxes and packing material, private, mailboxes, customized items, like calendars, mugs, shirts, etc., stamps, business services for shipping, receiving, assembly, fulfillment, copying, Notary service and more. Highly recommend!"

"I try to support small and local, but this place borders on extortion! First they quoted me over $17 for small 6x9 padded envelope with a card in it via UPS. Then when I balked they said it would be over $7 to send it USPS. I went to the post office and it cost $1.50"
