"The customer service clerk was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Upon arrival she had taken my heavy box from me that I was having trouble carrying. Despite traveling from out of town and not being able to print a return label, she was able to help me to print a label, tape up my package and prepare it for shipping. It's a small town operation, but as efficient as the large one in my home town."
