"Incompetent! The girl made my reservation with the wrong truck I was towing with, the wrong car I was towing and the wrong equipment to tow with! I left with nothing but trying to figure out another way to get a vehicle transported! And on top of that, telling me my class IV hitch wasn't enough to tow any of their equipment!"
"I just needed to rent a pickup truck for some local driving. I returned the truck very clean and with the same amount of gas it had before. I still got slammed with fees. I disputed the fees and was told that I would receive a call, but never did. This was the most expensive vehicle rental I ever used. I will not be using U-haul in the future."
