"After going through the process of filing a civil complaint against a contractor that stole our deposit. We learned they no longer live in the jurisdiction of this court. Instead of doing the moral thing and what seems to be a no brainer of refunding me the $200 I spent in this court to file the complaint; instead, they refused to refund the money and said the judge denied the refund. Why? “Just because” - this court did nothing. No court was held. I am to move the complaint to another PA court. The US gov’t continues to prove how they have their own interest in mind, not the civilians of America. We clearly are dealing with the Mafia disguised as the US Govt here. It’s a shame."
"This place is a joke the domestic relations for child support is really off they basically don’t go the state min for employment which is 7.25 /hour they go by what ifs not by facts oh an good luck finding a lawyer what ever happened to a court appointed lawyer but what if she was king if your ever in pike county turn around an run oh if you ever have to go to this court for child support an it don’t work then you have to go to Supreme Court an don’t know where that is if I could lower this rating they wouldn’t get any stars but the receptionist in domestic relations are really nice an try to help but not the officer"
"I must say I had a bit of an issue with some notarized documents the ladys at the court and the administration department they were absolutely amazing. Super helpful getting things straightened out for me. Appreciate!!!"
"The NOTICE on the entrance threatening arrest under 5103 for recording in a Judicial Facility is what the Deputies use to force you to waive Our First Amendment and Fourth Amendment Rights simply to enter a public building and it is ILLEGAL! A "Judicial Facility" is a Courtroom, and they're on the second floor. The building is a public building housing other Public Offices within the Public Space. It can NEVER be against the LAW to take pictures of the Sheriff's Public Notice bulletin board. I believe the people running the Pike County Courthouse are CRIMINALS and do not care about LAW, us or The Constitution. I will also say very publicly that Vicky from the Prothonotary Office lied to me on the phone when I called to understand what the "strangest lien ever" (from my mortgage co) , Vicky told me it didn't exist when i was holding the document. We love Pike but if things don't change we're going to have to leave, it's pretty bad here."
"NEW Very rude customer service individuals. I called for basic information, was continuously transferred and everyone that picked up the phone had attitude and were extremely rude. I called 2 days later to see if I would be able to get the issue I needed resolved or assistance with information and they treated me the same way. As a government entity there should be some professionalism and courtesy on what agency they are representing. They need some sort of training on how to treat people. Bosses should randomly call acting as customers in order for them to see for themselves how staff treat people, it’s ridiculous."
