Walgreens

"Last time 2 weeks ago they held my controlled meds on an "insurance issue" I waited outside on line for over 1hr with 1 pharmacist and 2 techs unable to fill it bc "they're short staffed". There was no insurance issue, they were just short staffed. Today 10/28 my app says my 2 scripts are ready and have been since Thursday but one isn't and I'm completely out. So now I've been sitting on line outside for over 25 minutes and the staff was loud with me after I said I have places to be and my time had value too. So I'm still sitting here bc, again, 1 pharmacist and 2 tech can't do it. I have 2 vehicles behind me cursing me out bc I'm still in line waiting. The pharmacist is here and didn't confirm my name or address for pickup"

"My husband & i really like this Walgreens. You're Pharmacy staff is always so courteous. The Pharmacist is so pleasant & always goes out of his way to help me. I don't know why the pharmacy is closed @ times. I think you need to look at the situation you have there. Sometimes the pharmacy is closed because they need the staff & they NEED TO BE PAID more. I for one need this Phamacy."

"I love this store. The people that work here make the difference between it just being another Walgreens (which isn't a bad thing) and a great local pharmacy and shop that really treats their customers right. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and just downright pleasant to interact with every time I stop in. You are always welcomed with smile and people who really care. They remind me to use my Walgreens card to get discounts, or tell me about specials I might have missed (like buy one more of an item I have in my basket and get it half off), I've even had one of the cashiers offer to help carry items out to my car one evening when I purchased a few bulky items that would have taken me two trips. They really know how to make customers feel valued which is greatly appreciated."
