"Owned a place there for more then 20+ years, family & I decided to finally sell. It was the best/worst choice I made. It was a great place for family, kids & friends.. But over the years it changed, a lot! The dues are a lot for what you get, security is good but there are a laundry list of rules they push on you. My last summer there it was 9:30 on a Saturday. My friends and family were playing music (not loud at all!) playing games and relaxing. Security parks in my driveway and threatens to write me a ticket.. meanwhile the guy behind me is having a full blown concert. But I’m giving it 4 stars because it is a nice place if you have children and a nice place to get away and enjoy your time. Maybe I’ll be back in the upcoming years."

"We have owned property here since 1983. My children spent every summer and we use our trailer from April through early November. There have been no major issues and we just love the peace & quiet. There are new trailers every year on our road. Maintenance is always available and a great on site RV repair service is available."

Too expensive to get a house. This place is perfect. Dues are reasonable. So many amenities. Great for kids and adults. Pool, game room, mini golf, tennis court, basketball court, dog park. So many events over the summer. Also lots to do close by."
