"I had somewhere to be today. I showed up because it says online that they open up at 9:30 on Wednesday morning and it’s 10 AM when I speak to the guy in the beauty supply store a few stores down. He didn’t seem to care that it was 105° outside and people are waiting because online it says that they’re open."
"Please read if you are black. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I recently purchased a leave in conditioner that was tampered with prior to my purchase. When I tried to return it the next day with my receipt, the man at the cash register refused to give me a new bottle and claimed that I was untrustworthy. Then he said I should have called, when mind you by the time I realized what had happened, the store was closed. After going back and forth for 15 min I took my loss and left. The customer service here is abysmal at best. Even before purchasing the leave in I was being racially profiled and followed in the store. If you are black please do not shop here. The only color these workers care about is green. They mistrust black people so much that they won’t even let them work the register. Take your money somewhere else"
