"Hello everyone, I value well being and the the well being of others, J also value quality customer service. At this Rite Aid I did not receive any of this. I am out town and I stopped by here. I walked in, and I had a worried look in my face bc I had an emergency and I said to the lady in the front desk (Tyla) I am going to buy pads (female hygiene) and use the bathroom. I am aware there are no public bathroom, yet for emergencies this may need to get reconsidered. I walked around a lot of the store to find the pads, and finally found them. I let Tyla know I would like to speak to the manager, she said she is the manager and said no. I understand she may of just been doing her job, but I felt unwelcome due to not directing me where the female hygiene products were. I would not suggest coming here, and I wont come back."
"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called yesterday to check on my prescription, no answer. Drove all the way here the line is literally around the store. I moved here about 1 month ago and never in my life have I scene such slow service. I left and decided to come back. The man in the store gave me the wrong time the place opened. So I come at 9 the pharmacy is closed. They say come back at 10, the pharmacy still isn’t open. 10:15 a lady walked up laughing and giggling with staff knowing it’s a line of 10 people waiting to be helped. Once it was my turn I was then told my doctor sent my prescription at 5:30p .. 30 min before closing. I called my doctor and they said the prescription was sent around 12 noon. The women then told me they were very busy yesterday and low staff. Why is that my problem?? Do police officers get the excuse of saying they are low staff? NO! People are in need of medication and all you can say is that we were busy and low staff! That’s not something you say to the customer! At the end of the day we are still being forced to pay full price for our prescriptions regardless how horrible our service is. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE AT THIS LOCATION!! THIS ISNT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS. ITS NO COINCIDENCE THAT GOOGLE IS SHOWING MULTIPLE BAD REVIEWS AND IT APPEARS NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!"
"The Willingboro pharmacy is as bad as everyone says. They never answer the phone when you call them. They would rather let it ring off the hook for 20-40 minutes until people get tired and hang up. When you finally get tired of their nonsense and show up to check on your prescriptions. They walk past and ignore people waiting in line and are rude when they come to the counter. Maybe fewer people would show up in person if they would actually answer the phone. I never had these issues at the Edgewater Park location. They would always fill my prescriptions right away if not in a timely manner. They would always send reminders when your order was ready. Something the Willingboro store rarely does. I'm especially furious today, I spent the night in the ER and they sent over a script first thing in the morning and I haven't been able to find out the status after calling several times. I was able to finally get a ride to the store and the pharmacy was already closed. To the owners: You can keep your canned response provided to other reviews above. There is nothing more to understand. Read my review and the others that clearly stated what the issues are. Maybe you should have closed this store and kept Edgewater Park open. I have managed retail stores for years before my current career and I would have never let this nonsense continue. Handle the problem already! I will be moving my prescriptions to another provider."
"Garbage service and employees. Don’t bother calling them. You will be on hold until the next millennium. The ghetto Employees seem to be bothered when you ask for your medicine and will give you an attitude. This place needs to go."
"This is the worst pharmacy around. All of the staff need to be fired immediately. They are all extremely rude and unprofessional. I have had about enough of this place and i know a lot of other people who think the same. Hopefully this dump gets shut down like the one in Burlington."
