"I went in for some small parts for my car. The front clerk was talking about pricing. I reacted to that by stating that I'll probably go somewhere in the middle & was told ( with hand gestures) hold on a minute, hold on a minute. Like what just happened here. I'm not allowed to respond to WHAT YOU SAID ?? Last time...& won't refer others."
"A co-worker needed a new car battery. They had the battery here, but sadly I had to change the battery here on my own. In the past they use to have workers who would do this for us. I know it was lunch time so I just asked for the tools and did it myself for my co-worker. However they still tried to upsell up on this, yet not give us a helping hand with changing the car battery. I miss the old days. Either way it was quick. They had the tools and everything went smoothly"
