"Poor/Inappropriate Customer Service. I hate having to write reviews like this, as they are very uncomfortable and disappointing. While shopping in the store, I was frequently followed and monitored closely as if I was suspected of stealing by several team members including Elizabeth. While I understand that attendants in other stores like to "walk the floor" to see if customers need help (and for commission), I can assure this was not the case as: 1. I was not given any assistance or asked if I needed help 2. When I politely asked an attendant for help, Elizabeth, I was met with a stiff, suspicious, and negative disposition. After purchasing my goods, I did request to discuss my experience with the manager. However, the manager, or associate manager, remained in the back office to avoid the discussion. I have reported this location and the team members who I interfaced with today. On a positive note, the products I purchased smell great! I recommend purchasing the products online, as to avoid poor customer service and an uncomfortable shopping experience. With the damaging effects of the pandemic, rising inflation, and unnerving unpredictability, people don't need another negative experience (like being suspiciously followed in a store and receiving poor customer service) on their plate. Do Better."
