"Beautiful, well organized, store with many options for cards, stationary home decor, and bags. Great customer service."
"I absolutely adore Andrea at The Paper Trail!! My friend Brooke recommended I schedule a visit here when I got engaged and I'm so glad that I followed through! My experience working with Andrea and her cousin Teresa was nothing short of amazing. From the first visit up until the day before my wedding, Andrea was so accommodating and helpful. She really is an expert at what she does. With the help of Andrea and Teresa, I picked out my perfect Wedding invitations, Welcome Dinner invitations, Thank you notes, and cocktail napkins! Despite her busy schedule, Andrea would always answer my emails quickly and she never steered me in the wrong direction. I can't thank The Paper Trail enough for helping to make my wedding experience so amazing! I highly recommend a trip to the store even for greeting cards, center pieces, signage, and even balloons!!!"
"Andrea was extremely helpful to my daughter and I when we were shopping for her wedding invitations. The invitations my daughter originally selected were discontinued, but Andrea took extra time to help us pick out invitations similar to her original selection. The invitations are beautiful and elegant! I can't say enough about how helpful and professional Andrea has been throughout this whole process. I'd definitely recommend The Paper Trail and would use their services again in the future!"
"I find that reviews fall into two camps: very positive customer experiences that deserve praise or horrible customer experiences that deserve to be shared as warnings for future customers. Unfortunately, I am writing to warn others of the terrible experience I’ve had working with Andrea and The Paper Trail team. An order for simple, 3 letter monogramed stationary was placed in December 2020 as a Christmas gift. Approximately 3 months later Andrea expressed that the paper was on back order and took a long time to ship. This was understandable given COVID complications. Another month passed and when asked for an update on the status of the order, Andrea expressed that she had the paper but lost track of it in her storage closet and basically forgot about the order. She was not apologetic but did mention that the paper was on her desk and she would take care of it as soon as possible. In May ‘21, 6 months after the initial order I reached out to Andrea via phone and she expressed that she was extremely busy but the paper was on her desk and she would get to it when she was able. She committed to sending me monogram examples via email. After waiting another month and leaving multiple voicemails for an update, I went to the store to try and figure out what was going on. The paper was in fact still on Andrea’s desk with no monogram complete. What’s most frustrating is that Andrea had absolutely zero remorse or empathy that an order was outstanding for 7 months. When asked why it took so long she had a litany of excuses ranging from “The paper took a long time to ship” to “I’m extremely busy and this isn’t my only business I run a balloon shop as well” to “I’m not here in the paper trail every day”. Not once did she stop and simply say that she was sorry for the poor customer experience and would like to offer some concession like a discount on future purchases to keep a customer. She could not have cared less and fully believed she was in the right to tell customers that she was too busy for their business. This all could have been resolved if she was the least bit apologetic and clearly communicated how long the process would take. I bought the paper at full price and will take it to another retailer to get a monogram. I believe how you handle your small orders, not your large ones is a true reflection of who you are as a business owner. I would caution anyone who would entrust Andrea with critical projects like large event invitations, weddings, parties, etc. Very disappointed that a local community business would operate like this."
