"I would have given this lovely, beautifully-curated, family-friendly bookstore five stars, except they don’t carry ANY books by Joyce Carol Oates, New Jersey’s most prominent living author, National Book Award winner and Pulitzer Prize nominee. When I asked why, they implied that she’s yesterday’s news, despite having recently published several critically-acclaimed novels. Folks - don’t be ageist! You have a great store; now make it greater."

"Great independent bookstore in downtown Haddonfield. Every time I visit I have a positive experience - the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store has a nice and welcoming vibe that makes me want to keep going back. In addition to being able to drop in and shop, they have a convenient online ordering system, which I've used for in-stock items as well as pre-orders. Another thing I like is that you can purchase a banned book from one of their lists to donate to a local organization. If you're in the area I definitely recommend checking them out."
