"Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. This used to be my favorite pharmacy 3 years ago but now it is one of the worst. Today is the second time now i have called in person hours in advance to confirm a pickup of very important medicine only to have it not be filled when i get there multiple hours later. Im sorry but Its tough to wait 20 minutes without pain meds and a broken leg balancing 2 kids under 5. Thats why i call in advance! The pharmacy is grievously almost dangerously under staffed and i haven’t seen an actual live retail employee manning the register in literally over a year. Absolute understaffed Ghost town. I pity both the workers and anyone who still uses this pharmacy."

"Getting a prescription filled here was the most stressful and inconvenient experience. The pharmacists are not helpful, uncommunicative, and made trying to get a simple prescription filled a day long affair. I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere from now on."

"Previously, we had a lot of trouble having prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. However, a year or more ago some of the staff changed and since then the pharmacy is a great— the pharmacists and staff are helpful and informative, recurring medications are stocked, and everyone is friendly and pro-actively offers solutions when needed. I’m very grateful to the CVS Haddonfield pharmacy staff."

"The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I went in there with my three friends and we went to the beauty isle. I needed to get nail polish and one of my friends wanted to look at the nails. After about 5 minutes in that section, the lady that worked there came out of nowhere and said “are you going to buy anything, because you can’t just be looking around. I responded by saying “we’re leaving now”. I then put the nail polish back and was heading out when all the sudden the lady said in a rude and disrespectful way “didn’t you have something in your hand” I said no and then she kept interrogated me. So I just walked out. I do not know the lady’s name but I feel that she deserves to be FIRED! This is not the first time she has treated me this way. If you don’t mind rude people then this is the place for you."
