We walked in and within 20 minutes she had her new iPhone15 activated and data transferred. Technical Enhancements from her older iPhone (XR) was amazing. Support rep's at the store made the update fast, and answered all my daughters questions. Kudos to Andre who provided great customer service. I can't wait to upgrade our next phone on our new plan."

"Went in for new phone. Agent convinced me to add 2 lines to my account, as i did not want my costs to go up. not sure why this was an option. Then he "updated" my service plan, which I never asked to do. I had no issues with my service. In doing this, we lost our in flight wi-fi, which I had asked that I would still have...was told I would....2 flights no wifi!! Went back into store, asked to have my old plan back, could not do it...tried to then sell me the GO5G-55 plan, again will increase my plan!! I finally called 611 and have been dealing with them to fix all the errors this store has made with my account!"

"Went here twice to have my phone looked at for an issue with the SIM card. Both times the person I dealt with was very helpful and courteous, even when taking up almost an hour of his time. Would definitely go back to only this time-mobile store in the area due to the great customer service I received."

"After dealing with With several reps overseas, and no resolution, I decided to go into the store. Upon my arrival at the store Nicole quickly approached me with a smile and asked if I needed help. Nicole actually took the time to listen to the ordeal. She was able to answer all my questions. In addition to being very informative. Had I known that was the experience I would encounter at the store I would’ve avoided all the months of wasted time on the phone with REP oversee. Going to the store was gonna be my final attempt before I switched to another carrier. Tmobile needs to hire more genuine people and customer service reps that truly take the time to listen and understand as Nicole did. She’s my MVP for Tmobile. No more wasted time on the phone for me.
