"Best company to do business with. Their installations are top notch and efficient. I highly recommend them."
"Frank is very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, he has among the best prices locally. The vinyl plank floor installation is done by a regular contractor to Burroughs. The installer, Gus, was most personable, skilled in his craft, and knowledgable. He and his assistant did a beautiful job."
"Burroughs Hardwoods, Inc. has been amazing to my husband and I. Frankie at the store dealt with us when we purchased Mirage Hardwood for our complete home remodel. They allowed us to take sample boards for weeks on end as we came to our conclusion on color. Frankie was also helpful in so many other ways...including extensive product knowledge of the Mirage line vs. other lines. After weeks of indecision we went with a gorgeous wood. He even got me an upgrade on plank width somehow and I am over the moon with my flooring. I am so appreciative of their friendliness, knowledge and level of customer service in responses to emails and whatever else we needed. They were over and above for us and so professional every step of the way. It's nice to have that comfort level when you are making a large purchase. Make it a point to go to Burroughs if you are purchasing any wood flooring for your home. You will get great service. Frankie is a total sweetheart who has a ton of patience for an indecisive buyer like I was. His dad is lovely too. Feels like home when you are there."
"Frankie was great to work with. Helped us pick out everything we needed for flooring and stairs. Gus and team did an awesome job with putting the floors in and redoing our stairs."
"I purchased approximately $3,000 worth of Mirage Engineered hard wood from Burroughs. I also had one of their preferred installers, handle the installation. The first red flag was burroughs would only accept a credit card if I paid the 2.5% visa charges them? Unusual, this cost is usually built in as a cost of doing business. The installation was fairly smooth (1 day) but about a month after parts of the floor began buckling-up. The installer failed to seal the concrete and I was told 25 year old concrete does not need to be sealed (red flag 2). Since them too much of the floor was buckling up and Burroughs would not step-up for remediation. Therefore, with all the mildew showing on the under side of the buckled pieces, I removed all the flooring (400 sq feet), sealed the floor myself and installed tiles. This place is cheap and unresponsive to their customer needs. My situation should have been corrected at no cost to me and here I am out another $5000. Stay away from this place. If I could give 0 or minus stars I would UPDATE::::: The owner now blames the damage on a water leak?? What a joke! The only damage was poor installation and not sealing the concrete. If this was done properly there would not have been a problem. Stay away from this place! One other reviewer indicated once you pay they could care less. Couldn't agree more. Bad business and non existent customer service. Please see the attached picture as an example of poor installation and not sealing the concrete. (This is just a small section of my dining room which is now sealed and tiled). This allowed humidity and moisture to buckle the wood and ruin my expensive floor. Keep in mind this was one of their preferred installers. I now know concrete needs to be sealed but Burroughs could care less."
