Bagel Bazaar

"Ordered 3 bagels and they messed up 2 of them. One of the bagels had the wrong type of cream cheese and another was the right type of cream cheese but the wrong type of bagel. The bagels are also both smaller and more expensive than those at other places, which would be fine if the quality and taste reflected that, but they don't."

"We went here to assess their basic bagel quality compared to other local bagel shops by ordering a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel was too flat and tasted like a Dunkin Donuts bagel. Additionally, the service was really slow even with a simple, call ahead order. Would not recommend."

"This place was a decent place to come and grab a bagel or two. Ever since the new owner has taken over it's been terrible. The prices are higher and the bagels are smaller (they look like donuts). How hard is it to put bagels into a separate bagel. Who wants a French toast bagel tasting like an Everything bagel. You tell them twice even three times to separate the bagels and put them in a different bag and they just ignore you and put them all in the same bag. Also why aren't any of the cooks or staff wearing hair net? You are cooking and preparing food. I will continue to take the ride to Hot Bagels in Manalapan. At least their bagels look like bagels and they are great. The only thing that keeps this place a float is the community that surrounds it and that it's close to the bus stop. I also believe there is a brother and sister duo there and their attitude sucks."

"Every visit to this store has been awful in terms of the staff service. Though I may be the only one waiting to order, with more than 5 people working, they ALWAYS make me wait. My order is typically incorrect and the person at the front has an attitude. Today I placed an order and people who came after me got their order. I then asked if the bag sitting on the side was mine and was told "I don't know"! How about looking in the bag first? She just handed me the bag as if I was annoying her. My friends who at times stop there, have also had the same experience and have all vowed not to go there again. Though this place is convenient, I can't continue to go there and get treated like I'm an annoyance vs. a customer!!"

"I ordered 2 bagels with nothing on it and I waited 30-45 minutes. The poor cashier has no help, there should be at least 2 people up front, instead of everyone in the back chitchatting and laughing. Poor service and poor management. The only sweet person, was that elderly lady at the front on the cashier. I was not happy, honestly. I’ll give you 2 star because the bagel were good and that sweet elderly lady deserves a star for doing all of the work by herself with no help!! God bless her. Do better management and employees, no reason why someone has to do all the work and customers have to wait 30-45 minutes for their breakfast, lunch or dinner. It’s just common courtesy."
