"Blinds to go customer service was great!! Anastasia in Langhorne store was very knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision to purchase. We shopped around and Blinds to go had the best quality for their price. However when we got our blinds one was broke and one had a mark on the headrail. Blinds to go sent it back right away and I’m waiting for a new one. We installed one at the moment . I love it."

"First of all - Ana is great! I love what she helped me pick out. She has a great eye! However, the measurement and install process is a nightmare. We had numerous missed appointments where we took off work, technicians arrive 1-3 hours later than expected or not at all, blinds installed incorrectly twice (Ana is helping us to fix), poor communication (we never knew if our appt was confirmed or not!). It was a really disappointing experience. My son is autistic and has a light sensitivity and with all the scheduling issues with Blinds to Go - it took us almost 6 weeks to have our blinds installed from payment. We couldn’t use some of our house at certain points of the day beverage the sun was so blinding and my son wasn’t able to manage it with his sensory issues. The store offered me $150 as an apology for my experience. Just waiting for my blind to be fixed still…We had an experience at the Willow Grove location with previous homes. I would suggest calling them instead."
