"Macys was a delight to shop at. Very calm and quiet in the store with little crowds. Prices for non branded clothing items are reasonable and branded are a little high in price but still not too expensive. Overall, I had a nice and easy time shopping here, would go again!"

"Worst customer service at oxford valley mall. The Manger and the other staff are the worst people. Criticizing people and not helpful at all. We try to refund the dress which doesn't fit but they stating that we use the dress and denying the refund and talking in a disrespectful way. The disgusting people and worst service we experienced at Oxford Valley mall. Immediately need to fire those kind of attitude people from the working place. Called customer service and reported on them as well."

"I'm an appreciator of classic American shopping malls and brick-and-mortar department stores. I had a very nice experience at this Macy's this afternoon. I ordered some clothing for in-store pickup and before I made my way over to the pickup counter I browsed around a bit. The store is well-kept and well-stocked despite not being as large as other Macy's locations I'm used to. I was happy to see a good number of people shopping for an early Monday afternoon. All of the staff were professional, polite, and friendly. I'll be back!"

"I just simply walked through the store. That being said I always see stores like Macy's and penny and others they always well organized and clean that's enough to make.someone wanna actually come back through again. When I hit the lottery lol some stores are just too expensive"

"None of the Macy's left in our area are the bountiful stores of old but I surprisingly found the exact style of shoe I needed, on sale and in a women's size 12 to boot! They were a final sale, but fit perfectly and looked great. $32!!!"
