"Absolutely no respect for their customers. Scheduled my lawn mower for pickup and service. Had to wait over a week. Was called halfway through service window and told no one was coming. Was rescheduled for the next week. No call, no show. Only reached a random person’s voicemail box when I tried to contact them. So now I’ve lost 8 hours off work, and I’ve paid someone to mow my lawn x3 weeks."

"Dropped off my brush hog last November for a cable repair….no word, followed up in April only to be told they were too busy with mowers. Needed brush hog get ahead of spring growth & was told the following week….after 6 mos of having it sit in their shop they couldn’t find cable & do repair. Lost season to mow & I found the cable at auto parts store, eBay & Amazon. Dishonest & the worst customer service in my opinion & they never have our business!"

"I recently had an issue with my Toro Timecutter not starting. I went in to grab some starter fluid and a new fuel filter, and Mark gave me some excellent troubleshooting tips. Went home and got it fired up right away! Having knowledgeable folks at a brick and mortar store is invaluable. Being able to run over and grab a part when you need it is very convenient, and their pricing is on par with online retailers. Glad to have them in my community. I highly recommend Lawn Barn!"

"I don’t do reviews. Not unless unbearably bad service, or absolutely over the top exceptional. That’s been my recent experiences with lawn barn. I leave more than happy with services every time. They helped me in a jam my first visit ever which was big. And since then, the owner Drew and mechanic Mark have been awesome. I only have one day a week to do my landscaping. Down equipment means loss of much money and unhappy clients. These guys have gotten my mowers back ahead of schedule every single time. I am also more than pleased with the bill each pick up. Extremely honest and fair. I’ve frequented and attempted to build relationships with local shops in the area of bucks county, Lawn Barn is my goto and will continue to be."
