"ZERO STARS. This place is the pits. First of all, the garage is advertised as being covered. In reality, the only covered spots are for handicapped and rental cars. The third and topmost level is UNCOVERED. False advertising!! I had to park my car for six days in the blazing heat. Then, to top it off, the elevator was out of order. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! I’m traveling with two bags and a suitcase over here, man! UGH! Never again. And the homeless setting up camp in the stairwell? It’s a no for me, dawg. Next time I’ll just Uber to the train station. Terrible experience."

"Me and my wife used this garage to park for the Wilmington street food festival and it was only $6 and very easy to navigate in and out of."

"The 3 stars rating is strictly due to the location of the garage directly across the street from the Amtrak Station. If it was 2 or 3 blocks away, I'd have given it a 1 or 2! We used the SpotHero parking app thinking that would guarantee us a spot. We had to provide our car make and licsence # and felt real good until we actually drove into the garage. There were no instrucitons on where to park and as far as we could tell, no reserved spots. The entire first floor and half the second was reserved for Hertz and Budget rental cars. We finally found a spot on the third floor (roof) and it was not covered or reserved. We took the elevator down but when we returned from our trip, the elevator was not working, no sign indicating it was out of order and noone around to ask. We (senior citizens) carried our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor! We had to avoid a homeless persons sleeping area on the stairwell. Thankfully, we are fairly in shape but I can't imagine someone handicapped or out of shape doing this! As we paid at the gate, we had to wait until the homeless people moved away from the exit driveway. We had a great trip and using Amtrak for the first time was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the only negative thing was the entire parking experience!"

"I never have any issues parking here. It would be nice if the back area was lit up a little more brightly especially when you are late getting back and traveling alone. Faily clean and always an attendant on duty."
