Reviews
"Wilmington Train Station - Septa and Amtrak Trains usually run on time. Beautiful architecturally significant station - it was the last train station designed by Frank Furness - opened in 1908. Style is Romanesque Revival. One of the Crown Jewels of Wilmington Delaware!"
"Septa provides a nice and convenient ride to Philadelphia, although there are occasions where the train is running late or canceled completely. This can be problematic if you're relying on this service to get you somewhere at a specific time. Also, if the train encounters problems in mid route, the train may be canceled/terminated, leaving you stranded with Septa providing NO contingency plan. The problems/cancelled trains are not a normal occurrence, but when they do occur, it's up to you to get yourself back to your point of origin."
"Beware of an employee on the trains by the name of Demetrius G. He tries to take advantage of customers and charge extra to people who don't know any better. I wasn't too upset, just disappointed. It's really a shame when you can't trust the people who serve you each day."
"The commuter trains run by SEPTA take you from Wilmington to the metro Philadephia area, including the central city stations. It is convenient and affordable, but rather slow moving. Definitely, we need a better and more efficient public transportation system, servicing the larger Philadelphia community."
