"This is a first class state of the art station! There are Amtrak agents on duty, they are efficient and helpful. There is a ticker board with train arrivals and departures, as well as a live attendant providing up to date announcements. There is red cap service, and uniformed police officers. This station is ADA compliant and supports individuals with disabilities on and off of the train, there is also an elevator. There is a cafe in the station, and clean restrooms. Outside of the station, there is waiting area where you can pick up and drop off passengers. There is a paid parking garage adjacent to the Amtrak station."
