"The company is absolute trash. This is the second time we have hired them and they failed to deliver. We used them to save money but ended up regretting it. The second time they sent our items from Chicado to Puerto Rico even though they had to send the items to Florida even though the address was clearly stated as Florida. They are this retarded. The customer service is trash. We had to call every day for 2 weeks until they confessed they had sent it to another country. Thier manager has very poor customer service ability. Half of our plates and glassware is broken. Additionally, the courrier refused to bring our stuff to the apartment unless we paid them. Stay away from this company. Dont be fooled by the cheap price, you'll end up regretting it."

"I scheduled a month in advance to have my belongings shipped from Puerto Rico to Philadelphia, PA. I was informed that in would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. 15 weeks later I still don’t have my things. I paid the services when they picked up my things, now I’m inform that there will be additional money due on delivery. These people are very rude, unprofessional and not customer friendly at all. They make up the prices as they go along They stated they would keep my things if I didn’t pay the additional money due on delivery. When I scheduled the initial pick up I was informed of the amount it would cost and I paid the TOTAL BALANCE due with No additional charges. Now they say there’s more money due on delivery after they were delayed 9 additional weeks. I definitely do not recommend using this company. Look around for other companies offering better service, on time delivery, better prices and customer service."

"-0 stars. Still waiting for my belongings. 3 months. Supposed to be max 8 weeks. The day they were supposed to deliver they did not only NOT show up, they kept us waiting all day without a phone call to say that our belongings did even leave the warehouse that day. Even after I called 3 times that day, they still did not give me the courtesy of letting me know I would not be receiving my belongings. The next day, the General Mgr of Philadelphia, Eliezer Garcia's response is :"You have to wait until we call you. Indefinetely". Still waiting for a call. Still waiting for my belongings."
