"The roads had icy conditions and the driver drove extremely safely, which I appreciated. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because he was a little late on the pickup due to the icy/snowy conditions and was avoiding dangerous roads. If there is snow forecasted, I would move your pickup time even earlier than normal because it will take the driver longer on both pickup and drop off. However the driver was pleasant and the car was really nice. 100% would recommend"
