"To give them a 1 star is a gift. Sergey Mitnik, license 100301 in cab P1275 is a horrible driver. I was in the phone when I got into the cab having a very important personal conversation regarding my daughter. He proceeded to turn around and tell me to stop screaming in his ear, which by no means was I screaming.......and then told me I was a guest in his car..... no, I’m paying for this ride. Can’t say enough about how unprofessional and rude this man was."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I accidentally took two cabs from this company in one night. Both times my card was "declined" (all 3 cards I tried). The driver insisted I give him cash even though I could see on my mobile banking statement that I was charged. The cab driver was screaming at me and calling me a liar while I was trying to talk to my bank on the phone. My bank said if they could talk to the driver they could sort it out but he refused and was screaming something about how all Americans are liars. I felt threatened enough that I just jumped out of the cab and then the driver stayed parked in front of my house for another 20 minutes. At the end of the night I was charged twice for my first cab ride and 3 times for the second. When I tried to call the cab company, nobody ever answered after being on hold for 40+ min each time. This is absolutely why I will never take anything but uber or lyft again. I will be sure to make sure none of my friends take this cab service ever again either."

"Terrible. Will never order a taxi from them again. I ordered a taxi to go to the airport and the guy never showed up. I called them and they had to send another driver, so we had to wait extra long. To be fair to the replacement driver, he made his ETA amd was nice."

"I have never had a good experience with this company. The customer service is horrible, rude and unprofessional. Most times I've called they forget to dispatch taxis. Since they have caller ID they ignor your call if you call back. There are so many other cab services in Philadelphia by the airport that are friendly, will give you better service, dont over charge and will be on time for pick ups. I cant count how many times not only I but collegues and friends and people Ive talked to in general have gotten hung up on by the rude women who answer the phone. Shame on this company for hiring horrible staff. This company would do so much better if better employees worked there who actually cared about their company."
