"Drew and Brad helped me solve an issue and could not have been more helpful and kind. They checked in on me while I was on the phone with customer support and helped me configure a hotspot for hours (hotspot from Amazon). Got ATTs data plan to work with the hotspot and I'm hoping the service with AT&t is great because it's definitely where I would buy my next phone. Thank you guys!!!!! ☺️"

"Unethical, liars. What else can I say. Today I had to return a set of headphones that were sold to my son under the verbal direction that they were $15. They were actually $249 over 12 months added to my acct. the store wasn’t surprised by the scam and said they’d speak the the Salesmen responsible. They tried to charge me a restocking fee which was hilarious. It was ultimately waived. Tonight I checked the order in its entirety. The slimy ATT salesmen actually added a new line to my account without telling us. To cover it up, he kept the old number on the new phone. I contacted franks department and hopefully they will do the right thing. Don’t go here. Horrible horrible opportunistic thieves. I can’t believe these people are getting away with this stuff. Google reviews has numerous dishonest behaviors by the whole crew at this store. I’ll be making a report with consumer affairs and the BBB and attorney general. Don’t bother commenting that you’re sorry. You’re not. How pathetic instead of being skilled salesmen, they resort to scamming. What a bunch of losers."

"We unfortunately came at an extremely busy time (unbeknownst to us) but Drew helped me and 2 family members along with several other customers in the store. It was way too much for one person to do but he didn’t complain once. William was extremely helpful with finishing our phone setup and taking our trade-ins. I’d recommend both gentlemen but strongly recommend not coming at 4 or when it looks busy!"
