"Place used to be a great value and give a great wash. Not anymore. My one pet peeve whenever I go thru any type of wait-for-your car carwash is what kind of job do they do on the interior windows, primarily the front inside windshield. This place consistently fails. I have to always redo it myself once I get home, and for what they charge, that's unacceptable."
"Did a pretty good job on the exterior of my car, but for some reason there was a bit of bird poop remnant left on my rear window but it came off right away when it rained later that day and there was a mark on one of my doors. Be aware that the prices and services online are not up-to-date. See updated prices and services in the photos on location. They no longer offer the exterior only platinum express washes. For exterior only they only offer bronze. They did give me the platinum plus express since it was listed online although I understand now for the future that they no longer offer it, which was nice of them. Free coffee was a plus. They get quite a line on ladies’ day Thursdays but didn’t have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to get in."
"This car wash is the best in the area. Superb attention to detail. They also offer a long list of extra services, some of which can be done while you wait. Oh, and there's free coffee and snacks! Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and take it to The Promenade Car Wash, you won't be disappointed. And Eddie, who gets the cars ready, is awesome. Make sure you tip these guys - they are some of the best!"
"Very disappointed. I paid for platinum car wash and my car was dirty inside and out after the wash. The wheel was not wiped, the seats and doors still had stains on them, the rugs were not vacuumed well and it was not vacuumed at all under the rugs and in the corners. The rims were still dirty, there were traces on windows. The car itself still had untouched dirt. I will not be back again here. I don’t recommend. Probably the worst car wash I’ve ever had."
