"They were helpful to a point, the guy looked up the part and told me where to look, the store wasnt bust at all, i was the only customer, and after i paid for the part i asked the guy behind the counter if I gave him a few bucks could he help me install the part, he said no, we don't do that here. If it were pepboys or auto zone, they would've helped install the part. Idk, I had no problem Intalling the part, but I was on my way to a Christmas party and i didnt want to get filthy dirty when i couldve paid someone $20 to do it and it would probably take them 2 minutes."

"New employee who misunderstood what i was telling him even though i was very clear with my words over the phone. Wasted gas going here then had to go to another one 20 or so minutes away. Also no way of telling if the other store had it through the system and he never offered to call for us or anything. The other employee was more experienced and tried to smooth things over but again, they couldnt help."
