"These people suck. STAY FAR AWAY!!! They are very high in price. Their service sucks!!!!!. Chris 1st incident called said we were getting cancelled. We corrected the problems turned in proof waited to hear it was reinstated. We called she went on vacation didn't tell anybody left us hanging. Nobody else knew about it. Down to 6 hr to cancelation and Carolyn called the carrier when she was home got the pics to them got it straightened out at 7 pm on Friday Carolyn is the greatest! !!!!!!! If their other employees were 1/2 as good AS HER maybe they could get their jobs done. 2nd incident Chris called to say we listed our house for sale and the carrier cancelled us vacant property. called 5 times asked to get a phone call and emailed my cell # to get a phone call . Chris never called my cell .receptionist kept giving me people who were not in the office. This was an emergency THEY ARE TOO BIG TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE. STAY FAR AWAY go to state farm 35% cheaper, better coverage and excellent customer service. We already took 2 policies elsewhere and will be taking the rest soon."

"Just to let you know this insurance company comes thru. Our business insurance was expiring and we needed new insurance within 48 hours to satisfy the landlords request. We went to 2 other places and they couldn’t comply. Hardenbetgh came thru within 24 hours a policy was delivered and all great. They are great. Vince/Karen team are great. Will recommend"
