"I grew up at the shore but moved out of the state in 2020. I had an old car that I did not take and left in NJ so when I would visit, I would have a car and not have to rent. For the last couple of years, I would park at a friend's, but that fell through this time, and I needed to find a place to park my car. I usually stay in Haddonfield, so I was looking for something in the vicinity that was reasonably priced and provided indoor parking. Thankfully, I came across Extra Space Storage in Cherry Hill and found exactly what I wanted. I have rented in the past at other Extra Space Storage locations, so I was familiar with the company. I was so happy to receive a call from the location asking if I had any questions and just to confirm what I had booked. It has been stressful trying to find parking, and when you have a company that takes the time like this, you know they care about their customers. I would give more stars if I could and highly recommend this location for any storage needs."
"I have had the best experience so far! I originally purchased a small storage unit and it was my first time using storage space. I ended up needing a much larger storage and the customer service was phenomenal! The guy who helped me was able to upgrade/transfer to a large storage space with no extra cost! He went above and beyond. And it was close to closing time and he still took his time to make sure the transition was smooth. If you want good customer service I say come to Extra Space Storage location! Also my storage space was very clean. I am pleased."
