"PLEASE DO NOT SHOP here! The Asian guy didn’t speak but watched me the entire time. The lady immediately asked me did I need help but I can tell she needed to feel me out. The more I payed attention, the more he and she watched. Very uncomfortable feeling and not every black or brown person is a theft. Please don’t support this store!!!!!!!"

"I do not recommend shopping here. I have heard several complaints about this store. However I never witnessed it myself until my last experience in their store. I usually know exactly what I'm going in the store for so I'm in and out in about 2 minutes. The last time I shopped there I was on the phone with my stylist and was looking around for the supplies that she told me to get. While on the phone I realized I was being followed by the worker. About a few minutes later a young lady came in. She just left Wawa so she had a bag with her. The worker immediately started focusing on the young lady. We were both shopping in the same isle. The young lady barely touched anything but was asked by the worker to search her bag. Baffled by the request I watch as the young lady politely allowed the worker to search her. Of course the girl had nothing on her. I put the stuff that I was about to purchased down and approached the young lady. She seemed a little shaken. After having a small conversation with her and calming her down we both agreed if they can't trust their costumers then they don't need our money. We left and I went to another supply store to get what I needed."

"My mother in law came to visit. She wanted me to do her hair. We went here for supplies and after about 5 minutes of being in the store she came out very upset. When she got in the car she replied "take me somewhere else, I'm not shopping in a store where they follow me the whole time." I took her to M&M and she loved them. She had a very pleasant conversation with the owner and was able to purchase what she was looking for without feeling like a suspect."

"This store is no good. They take your money and give you store credits if you return something. When you try to use your store credit, they refuse to let you use it, talking about it not their card. They took my 48.25, refusing me the opportunity to use it. It’s not about the 48.25 but it the principle of the matter. I am taking them to small claim court to get my money. Please find you another beauty store. Their attitude is not good enough for my money. See y’all in court."
