"From the front of the store to the pharmacy it's terrible, the service, the waiting the lack of answers it's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and choose any other place. The staff are rude and unhelpful and the pharmacy is falling apart. A year later and nothing has improved it's only gotten worse, once again someone isn't doing their job and the pharmacy messed up yet another prescription. The convenience of the springside location is no longer worth it I would Not recommend using that location."

"My photo orders are ALWAYS lost, not there, even though I receive emails saying they are being printed &/or ready for pickup. I have a problem EVERY SINGLE TIME AT THIS CVS. I don't get it. I recommend going to a different cvs line I'm going to from now on. Staff doesn't care about you. Don't trust them with anything important."

"Horrible experience. Went to get my prescription through the drive through and asked for ibuprofen. I was told it was 7.00 and when the gentleman in the pharmacy scanned it, it came up as 13.00. He even admitted to me it was in the wrong spot. The manager who was bald came and refused to change the price even though it was in the wrong spot. I explained to him that I worked in retail for years and if it is in the wrong spot we change the price for the customer. He laughed and said “not happening” and walked away. Horrible customer service. I got his name and will be reporting him to corporate. There is no need for anyone to be rude to customers over a mistake that was caused by them."
