"From my experience, the folks have been friendly and ready to help! Even after the air conditioning went down about 3 weeks ago, I still walked in and got good service! It's stuffy and warm and these folks have to work full shifts in there! That's unbelievable!!!! There were 5 people ahead of me on line one time and it was so hot that I almost put my stuff down and walked out! I just can't believe that it's been this long!"

"This family dollar is robbing people. Items on the shelves are carrying one price but when you get to the counter they have a totally different price. All they tell you is maybe it's in the wrong spot or they haven't changed the price in the computer. It happens every day, that's the most intelligent way to steal from people."

"I know the signs say that they are changing prices so some items may not match up to what is advertised. However that is just terrible, I just left the store and purchased some items that were four and five dollars more than what's advertised on their Shelf that's just ridiculous at least take down the prices that are on the Shelf so you don't think you're paying $5 for one item and it turns out to be $9. That's just a bit much"

"I realize today’s generation is trying to take the sting out of this word but shopping in family dollar in Westhampton today I must’ve heard N••ga about 5-6 times amongst the employees. It really ruined my shopping experience. I know businesses are having a hard time finding and keeping employees but Work place etiquette can attract or deter business. Note to the employees just because a customer is black and we happen to share the same melination does not mean we’re all comfortable with the word N••••• wether it’s with the A or hard ER being used. It makes for a uncomfortable shopping experience. This location is convenient and most of their employees have a professional attitude.But I won’t be going back to this location for a while, Wich is sad."

"The store was wheelchair accessible, but was very messy and crowded. Approximately 6 - 8 aisles wide and 2 aisles long. Being in a wheelchair myself, I was only able to go down 1 aisle and that was after my daughter had to push some boxes out of the way. I will not be visiting this store again."
