"My bridesmaids loved their hair (and I had 11!) which was definitely incredible and a testament to how many different styles and hair types Jenn and her team can work with. The reason for 4 stars is that I did a trial, absolutely loved my hair trial, and said the day of I wanted to change nothing from my trial. The low bun was very different for my wedding day compared to the trial which I didn’t fully recognize until seeing pictures after the wedding. There were comments made asking for my trial pictures because they couldn’t be found at first then I was hold my style was remembered but I wish I had pushed more to review it. I think once that my hair was done I was ready to go get married and didn’t take the time to critically look more specifically at my bun because I had full trust in the trial. I would recommend taking the time to do that so you don’t look back at pictures like I am just a bit upset it wasn’t what I asked for. I know it’s a small detail overall but I do think still meaningful. I guess my advice would be you will would be to have yourself and maybe a bridesmaid really look at your hair day of to make sure it was what you wanted pre-wedding day since the day moves so fast. Looking back I almost wish I didn’t do a trial because the time and attention to detail for my trial felt more than on the day of. It just felt like more attention may have been given to some more trendy styles that look wonderful in videos/reels/posts rather than on reviewing the trial style/pictures for the bride. My girls were extremely happy though which was amazing for the day."

"Happily Ever After is the best in the biz and I am SO happy I booked them for our 9/17/22 Linwood CC wedding!! From start to finish, Jenn made the process simple, stress-free, and FUN. She was super responsive, offered honest suggestions based on my hair type etc, and was able to work with my schedule to squeeze in some last-minute trials (I did two and she was super patient with me despite my nerves!) The day of, Jenn and her assistant arrived on-time, and worked cleanly and efficiently. I didn't have a written out schedule of "who was going when," but Jenn kept the whole morning flowing and organized. As for her work - my girls and I all have such different hair types and came with different style ideas and everyone felt SO beautiful. You need look no further than Happily Ever After's Instagram to see the stunning work that Jenn and her team do - the meticulous care and expertise Jenn & her team put into their styles is truly top notch. Jenn also helped me place my hair piece and my veil, and my style held up despite it being a windy day! Wedding planning is stressful, but I never faltered in my confidence of choosing HEAH for my day-of hair services.
