"My first visit was on March 28, 2024, at 9 am for knotless braids. My overall rating would be 4/5 stars based on Stella professionalism and communication. My hair in the picture below is pulled back because I go to the gym, but the braids themselves were good. Length and neatness. My total time was 5 1/2 hours which was okay. I'm hoping to return by the summer for full wash and braiding again. I didn't request for wash, I was myself. Will ask next time, on 2 months of my braids 1st visit. Also, request receipt for debit/credit transactions after cash deposit. I'm sorry to hear about the recent customer experience. Every customer should have a happy comfortable experience. I hope the owner, is open to comments by customers. A happy customer is a repeated customer! I love to see black businesses moving forward in a positive light. God bless!"

"I went and got my hair braided two weeks ago, they ain't even braid it tight like I asked and they took hours for my hair to be looking like I had It in for months already they are slipping out. I'm very upset, I took And take care of my hair wrap it up tight, moose it and everything and it still does no justice. I paid $180 for Senegalese twist for two weeks and they gotta come out already or they are gonna pull my hair out with them they hanging on by my hair , I contact the owner. She said she was. She was very rude. Her staff did not know how to conduct themselves , they cussed me out, threatened me. The manager called me back was very rude. She told me if I don’t remove the post. She won’t redo my hair. She was supposed to get in contact with me to redo my hair. Never did. I’ve been calling the shop no answer no call back. It’s a black business, but they do not care about black customers .. if they could not do my hair, they should’ve just said that from the beginning instead of playing in my hair , how does your hair look like that after two weeks? I’ve been wrapping it and putting products and it like I was told and it looks like I had it in for. four months or so .. remind you I got to the shop at 11:11 30 didn’t get out the shop until nine10 o’clock .."

"Paid extra for waist length and the braids were not braided all the way down. Braiding stopped at the shoulder blades and made the overall hairstyle look tacky. I picked a cute style but it was not executed the way I wanted. I really wanted to support this shop because they do have decent prices and friendly staff but I couldn’t."

"I Drove 1 hour to get braids. The owner of the store did not disappoint, she was on time for our Sunday appointment. Super friendly and very professional. I am very satisfy with her work. I strongly recommend them and encourage you to try them for yourself. Their prices are very affordable as well."
