"I've taken my twin daughters twice here, and once to their other location in Willow Grove Mall. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is always amazing !! So patient and caring! My girls had their septums done this time. The rainbow barbels on them are just too cute!! Shout out to the staff. We'll see you soon with our other little one!"
"I had given it 5 stars before. Today I didn’t appreciate it when I’m outside which I didn’t realize they close at 7pm. I got there 10 minutes before closing. I stood outside for 4 minutes before I decided to call after the employee saw me and walked back instead of saying we’re about to close. I called twice, then someone answers by then I had walked away. I say, I’m assuming you’re about to close. She said come back tomorrow it’s 6 minutes before closing. I would respect that. Instead of ignoring me when it’s cold outside. I’ve been going there for over a year. It’s not okay."
