"This T-one location is newer and larger than the one down the block, but it’s a significant downgrade in terms of men's haircut. I’ve had two visits here, and the quality of men’s haircuts has been disappointing. The barbers seem to rush through their work, resulting in uneven cuts and couldn't even get a basic fade right. My worst experience was with a barber named Jay. Not only were his skills lacking, but his attitude was also off-putting. After giving me an uneven cut, he rushed me to pay and tip before I had a chance to inspect the cut. When I asked him to fix some unevenness and flyaway hair that I noticed, his annoyed response made it clear he was uninterested in addressing my concerns."
