"I have been coming to TWR for years, and cannot recommend them enough. The sauna is a sanctuary! I love the infrared light and that you can choose the color for whatever need you want to target. I usually just let it cycle through all the colors to get a little bit of everything :) Walking in to the sauna room and seeing your name on the little board is a thoughtful touch and reminder that this is my time for myself. I always feel incredible after a sauna sesh at TWR! The tonic bar has so many delicious and nutrient-packed treats. I love the Cinnamon Roll smoothie! The merch is so cute, the products they carry in the shop are so cute and self-care focused. Their events are always so wonderful too. Overall, TWR is a calming, safe & welcoming self-care space for all. The vibes are immaculate!"
