"From Dustin to Derek to Tara to Joe the manager, this experience was the absolute best. The last time my wife and I bought new cars was 2007 which were the Saturn Ions. We haven't had a car payment in years but it was time to replace the two old cars. Long story short, Dealerships have rightfully earned a bad reputation for how they treat and handle people. This dealership does not follow that model. You see, 4 years ago a former employee named Mike was very kind to my son and I when he tried to get a Jetta but didn't have the credit yet. 4 years later, I never forgot that moment. This is my first go around with a VW as I've been a Toyota guy for years. Dustin was lightening quick over the phone with getting back to me and did a great job locking in the deal within a few hours. We picked up my wife's blue Jetta that same day. A few days later, I thought, well let's see what they can do with my Toyota Camry for a Jetta. They pulled off the impossible. Got rid of a lot of negative equity in the lease. We now have his and hers sitting in the drive way. Tara has a great disposition over the phone and Derek knows his stuff inside and out! Joe H the manager has an outstanding crew and truly cares about people both the customers and employees.
