"The employee at the front desk 3pm, on jan 18th, was very rude. Also wasnt very knowledgeable. Pretended not to know what a wrench is then talked smack when i was trying to pay. never going back to this napa, all the other ones ive gone to were awesome though."

"At Woodbury location dose have helpful people! But the napa brand is becoming more and more garbage I bought a purge valve a dud right out the box bought a overflow tank cap that made my situation worse bought heater coolant valve several times they last about 6 months and I can keep going on. You pay ridiculous prices for china made junk some parts are cheaper if you got to ford I paid around $20 for radio cap and ford only wanted 7 dollars save your self the headache and get oem. Dont let your shop replace parts with napa parts make sure you demand oem. From ford. Dont learn hard way like I always do. Only thing that lasted from there is the stuff I haven't used!!!!"
