"I was driving my car with a broken window and the tape holding the plastic as a cover came off, making loud flapping noises and I could Not drive. I pulled over at Jimmy Jim’s Auto and asked for help finding a place to buy tape. The owner was such a fine gentleman; he walked inside got some tape and taped it over the plastic holding the car. He put lots of it so it would not come off. He was busy working on another vehicle but took time to help me. I really appreciate it. "I bought a 2003 Chevy Express Converted van from Jimmy Jim’s about 6 months ago. I drove it all the way to key west in January and it was a great experience! Jim had put on brand new tires on the van and had everything in top shape. He even let me take the old tires because they were still in good condition. I had asked him if I could keep them to have one in case I needed a spare on my travels. The mileage was low for a 2003 and I wanted something big to travel in. Jim and Stacey were very personable. They almost treated us like old friends or a family member. They were very sweet and helpful and communicated often to update me with the status. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had! I am a veteran, coming home off of active duty. I just wanted to point out how respectful and appreciative they were for my service.
