"I went to CarVision knowing what car I wanted, but didnt know if Id get approved. Made an appointment and when I arrived, Mark greeted me at the door. I went with my trade-in, and 3k cash as a down-payment. Mark worked with me and at the end of the day, i didnt need to use my cash, as they just took my trade-in and a few hundred bucks to sign. "I went to the dealership to test drive a Jaguar that was in stock. I was greeted immediately upon entering and Brandon Moreland was the sales person assigned to help me. I am very direct, so I was clear with what I wanted and what my budget was. I am ALL about features and the Jaguar had no heated seats so I didn't even want to test drive it. Brandon said he would try to find me something else. I said ok but let him know I was doubtful because I had already taken a look at the inventory. He went over my requirements...leather seats, Bluetooth, sun roof, heated seats and cool if possible, upgraded speakers/sound system because my previous car had Bose, touch screen, lane assist, blind spot/lane departure warning, remote Start, keyless ignition ignition... there may have been more but Brandon made sure he was clear on what I was looking for. He asked me how I felt about a Hyundai Sonata. I said I had looked at one online but changed my mind. I honestly wasn't interested. He assured me I would like it. A few minutes later, he comes to get me. I walk out and he says...you're gonna like this. I open the door and I was blown away. I was captured by the interior and it only got better. He began pointing out features I DIDN'T MENTION and showed me ALL my Required features INCLUDING THE BOSE SPEAKERS. Brandon showed me a car that SURPASSED my expectations AND was at my price point. I canceled my visit to another dealership to test an Infiniti. Brandon listened, and found EXACTLY what I was looking for AND what I didn't KNOW I was looking for! Impressive! Thanks Brandon!"
