"I came here. I paid for a 2015 Ford Focus SE in Cash; on top I had get an Administrator's Key made by Ford $350. I only drove it for 2 months and undet 1,000 miles and My transmission went. The owner told me to take it over to Ford (because he had this Problem before!) I had to wait 3weeks & Still would have had to okay & $400 just for the Diagnostic run. I didn't get my warrenty ID card until a 1 week before it expired. It sat infront of my House from August until December ( plus Ford or The Warrenty wouldn't Cover the Transmission because it was a Dual Clutch automatic)"

"This was a very pleasurable experience for my wife and I. I called and spoke with Bryan about my interest in a specific vehicle before visiting the lot, from Philly. He kept an open line of communication throughout the entire process. When we arrived his father, Jim, was there. Jim was very pleasant to work with. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle and gave us a discount off the sticker price (paid in cash). Both Jim and Bryan were very friendly. This was by far the best experience that I have had at a car lot. If I decide to buy a vehicle again, I will definitely go back!"

"Sud Weist Auto provided me with a great car buying experience. As soon as I stepped onto the lot I could tell this dealership was a step above their competition. Other dealers I was looking at (who shall remain nameless) were following me all over the place on the lot and constantly pressuring me to step into cars I wasn't even interested in. The people at Sud Weist Auto (a gentleman and his son) asked me if I needed help but allowed me plenty of time to peruse the lot on my own. When I found a car I was interested in they handed me the keys and let me drive it around town by myself, which created a very low pressure situation for me and allowed me more than enough time to check out the car from top to bottom. The price negotiation was also not bad. I ended up buying a 2010 Toyota Yaris base model with around 55K miles on it. The price I ended up getting it for wasn't a deal, but it was a fair price. What really impressed me was that this dealer was willing to mail me at no extra charge my plates and title so that I didn't have to drive back to the dealership to get them (I live a bit far from them). At all times during the sale I was given courteous treatment and was respected. I have had the car for about a little over two months now and it has been smooth sailing with my vehicle ever since. The only reason I didn't give this dealer 5 stars was because they didn't fill the car with a full tank of gas after purchase nor did they give it a full clean/polish after purchase. Perhaps this is a trivial thing to critique them on, but every time I have bought a car up to them these services were included at no mention or charge. Overall, this is a good place to buy a car and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new set of wheels."
