"I had my car serviced at a different location and was not satisfied with work proformand. Called Mavis on rt 73 Maple Shade new jersey while on way to that area spoke to Mary. She told me to come directly to her store and redid the job to my satisfaction. Great customer service which is rare these days and made me a customer that will be back and recommend to all. Thanks Mary and Mavis great job."

"Very accommodating when I had to get my tire fixed. Very flexible with scheduling as a same day appointment. Great customer service from the phone call to in person service. Highly recommended coming here to your car worked on. Mary was wonderful and really made me feel welcomed and comfortable with coming to Mavis for repairs on my car."

"The employees were very helpful and very friendly, and the prices were competitive. But after a tire replacement, an oil change and paying for 3 new wipers, they didn't refill my windshield wiper fluid, they didn't put the spare tire back and there's 1 unopened windshield wiper in my trunk. I'm a bit confused why they wouldn't put the spare back or why one of the windshield wipers is still in its package but I do appreciate kind treatment by staff and the affordable price of the new tire itself."

"0 Stars. Scratched and Damaged all 4 brand new rims. I never leave reviews and never have problems with businesses but this place damaged my property and did nothing about it. Brought in my 4runner to get new tires mounted and balanced on 4 brand new in the box TRD Pro Rims ($924). After waiting 6 hours, all rims are scuffed, scratched and damaged. The manager Mary blew me off every step of the way for weeks. Only after contacting corporate did she call back and offer to resurface the rims. Judging by how Mavis does their work I have no faith in them being resurfaced properly and I wouldn’t have a vehicle for who knows how long. Any reputable shop would have apologized and replaced the rims immediately. One of the poorest run businesses and worst customer service Ive ever seen. Avoid this horribly run place."

"Purchased 4 65,000 Goodyear tires in 2019. Had 1st sidewall blowout 8/4/23 (36,000 miles on tires). 2nd sidewall blowout 9/10/2023. Mavis acknowledged dry rot the issue and offered to replace 1 tire at cost ($67). I said what about the remaining tires they're clearly unsafe and Joe C (Asst. mgr) told me to take it up with Goodyear. He let me leave on a donut and 2 faulty tires. Mavis clearly doesn't care about safety and do not stand behind the products they sell."
