"This was possibly the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. The manager was the worst part but there really weren’t any redeeming qualities. After making a plan to buy the car and then return over the weekend to take it home (when we had two drivers) and filling out all of the paperwork, they somehow “remembered” that this car had been sold to wholesale and if we wanted it, we would need to take it right then. There were several other shady things that happened and we ultimately decided that we would never give this particular dealership our business. 0 stars, do not recommend."
"RETALIATION: Due to the negative reviews I wrote on this dealership especially the service dept. Both Vannicola the GM and John the phantom Service Mgr. of Maple Shade of Alfa Romeo which is owned by the Foulke Management Group (so expect the same nefarious customer service) which also owns Mall Chevy and Mitsubishi, I was quoted $374.00 for the Evaporation Canister, but when my mechanic placed the order and they told him the price for the canister was 525.00 they KNEW the canister was for my car based on the vin number. So another usurious trick and dirty deed from a dealership whose only focus is to screw over customers to make their bottom line."
"Have. 2019 Stelvio Lusso, Alfa replace the entire engine at 30k miles, car has 43k miles and the same symptoms that caused the engine to fail is happening again. Reached out to John the Service Mgr on Monday ((7-15) who responded "I am in a meeting will call when done". John never called or texted, only after I called several more times and had to elevate my issue to the GM did he finally respond only to indicate that he cannot do anything for 2-3 weeks(staffing issues ) but I am free to drop off the car for a few days just for Alfa to diagnose... worst customer service department EVER! Do not buy or have your car serviced at Alfa of Maple Shade. Pt-2, Since service told me it would be two to three weeks out for an appointment, I went to a certified mechanic to run the codes for the Engine to help expedite what was occurring and perhaps aid Alfa of Maple Shade the codes were: P0440-evap Emissions System P0456-Evap System Leak Sent the codes to John at Service as well as to the GM Vannicola, GM indicated they have to do their own codes ??? GM said he would squeeze me in 7-23. Brought the Stelvio in today they ran the diagnostics (90 seconds) got the SAME CODES as the ones I provided and charged me 225.00 for 15 minutes of recommendations. Maple shade said since it was not an engine or drive-train issue it would NOT be covered but for an additional 550+ they could fix the emission issue. It is apparent that Vannicola and Maple Shade Alfa Service Dept. are ONLY concerned with bilking customers instead of repairing and standing behind the cars they sell. I am filing a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs against this usurious dealership and its not just the bilking of consumers... they are not NICE people, they speak to you condescendingly and they will only accommodate a customer if it benefits their bottom line. Worst dealership in the East Coast. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR OR HAVE IT SERVICE HERE. Pt-3 Received an email from Vannicola criticizing my post eluding to me just NOT wanting to pay a service bill, the Stelvio sold to me had a history of repairs, ( not disclosed at purchase) been brought back to Alfa numerous times which culminated in a total engine replacement. Yet Vannicola and Service would rather spin the factual evidence then take accountability and fix a service issue that should not have happened. They all should be terminated. Again NOT nice people... more concerned with their pockets then customer service...idiots !"

"I'll tell you my experience with this dealer's body shop. Good custumer service, but really bad work that is the most importand in this kind of work. I don't recomend u to come to this body shop if u don't want to waste your time, or to see they did a bad work on your car. The Pain't was with too much dirt in the color, and run the clear coat. I told them. They told me: we will fix it. A week later when I pick my car I saw the color still same, so, I let they know and they said to me: bring back the car tomorrow to fix it, and I show them that same day the inside the hood wasn't fix it, and the hood need 4 clips that is for inside the hood. They re painted the parts, and did a bad work inside the hood. I told them: the painter just spray color without sand before do it. So, I bring back my car again the next day. Wait another week, and wt u see in the pic painted with scratches is how they leavy my car inside the hood . Really is a bad work wt they did in my car, and everytime they call me to pick my car, the said: the car is readr to pick up, and we checked it. But they didn't. I keep my car how is at this point, because I'm tired to bring back my car, And always is something they did wrong. I don't understand why if they have to fix what they did bad. Why don't fix everything good at the same time? They wait to see if the customer see what they didn't fix. That is wrong."
