"I work for TV Station. Stay far away from this location! This branch failed to inspect return car completely. Enterprise corporate office blamed the damages on the next renter. On 06/17/24, I was given 2020 Hyundai vehicle by assistant branch manager "Kevin" Upon inspecting the vehicle I saw scratches on the rear bumper, missing roof rubber, dirty interior and also not knowing there were damages underneath vehicle from previous renter. I was billed $2,489 by Area Manager "Joe" **Message to Joe, Kevin and Ashley, Hope this doesnt happen in your life."

"I called enterprise “Cinnaminson” and spoke with a young lady named Aly, who was very curt and unhelpful. She couldn’t and wouldn’t answer any of my questions about choosing a vehicle or what each vehicle price would be. I’ve had to use this rental agency due to insurance while getting my car repaired from an accident but next time I will not use them. On 2 different rental occasions I’ve dealt w/Aly and she’s very dismissive and lacks the willingness to help. Aside from the workers, they claim to thoroughly clean the vehicles before renting them out but they do the bare minimum and only vacuum. The vehicle I received was so dirty, i had to use a pack of lysol wipes to get all the crud out of the door handles, cup holders, etc. there was a dirty spoon sticking out of the back seat and cake icing smeared on the floor."

"Kevin, the manager is AMAZING! Thus location has my business forever! Kevin assisted me, even though I reserved at another location. He was able to get me in a vehicle in 10 minutes! No hassle or haggle!"

"I always rent vehicles in many places, and now that I moved to Pennsauken I thought I would have a new rental location nearby. I rented a vehicle in this place, usually when it is rented they always withhold an amount of money in case something arises with the vehicle. I returned the vehicle totally the same, and they did not return all the money because according to them I delivered a day after the day of the delivery being fake, so I had them check their security cameras and they had to return all my money, apart from that they did not charge me the correct amount in Toll. The truth is that I had a terrible experience and I don't recommend renting more in this place."
